TenFold Ledger

Your business grows. Your accounting fee shrinks.

TenFold Ledger runs bookkeeping, month-end close, tax and payroll for businesses in the US and the Gulf. We automate every process we take over, and from month seven your fee steps down as those automations go live.

Led by two chartered accountants and a cost accountant with over 45 years between them in US accounting, audit and offshore delivery.

Most outsourcing gets more expensive as you grow.

Offshore teams usually bill by the hour or by the head. More transactions mean more hours, so the bill climbs with your revenue, and the vendor has little reason to automate anything. We priced our work the other way round.

Billed by the hour

TenFold Ledger

Priced per accountant or per hour worked.

A fixed monthly fee for an agreed scope and volume band.

More transactions mean more hours, so the bill rises with your revenue.

Automation absorbs your growth, so the fee steps down instead.

The vendor earns more while the work stays manual.

We earn by removing manual work, and pass the saving to you on a set schedule.

Process knowledge walks out when the vendor does.

Every bot, rule and dashboard is documented and stays with you.

The glide path: your fee steps down on a schedule.

Every proposal includes a written fee schedule. The fee is fixed for six months while we learn your books, then steps down each quarter as automations go live, until it reaches a floor we agree up front.

  1. Weeks 1 to 2

    Diagnose

We review your books and systems, list every recurring task, and send a proposal with a fixed fee and your glide path.

    Fee: none until you sign

  2. Months 1 to 3

    Run

Our team takes over the work, by hand where it has to be, and documents and times every step as it goes.

    Fee: fixed

  3. Months 4 to 6

    Automate

We build bots, rules and integrations inside your stack, test them against live months, then switch them on.

    Fee: fixed

  4. Month 7 onward

    Glide

Each quarter you get a report of what now runs automatically, and the fee steps down until it reaches the agreed floor.

    Fee: steps down each quarter

How this is worked out: hourly billing is assumed to rise in step with your transaction volume. Our fee is fixed for months 1 to 6, then steps to 92%, 85%, 79% and a floor of 75% of the starting fee at months 7, 10, 13 and 16, as long as volume stays inside the band agreed in your proposal. These figures are an illustration; your proposal sets the real ones.

What we run for you.

Take one service or all of them. Each comes with a plan for what we automate first, so you can see where the glide path comes from.

Service What we take off your plate What we automate first
Bookkeeping Daily coding of bank and card transactions, bills, invoices and receipts. Vendor and customer records, payables and receivables follow-up. Bank rules and vendor matching, invoice and receipt capture, checks for duplicates and miscoded entries.
Month-end close Reconciliations for every bank, card and balance-sheet account. Accruals, prepaids, fixed assets and revenue recognition under ASC 606 or IFRS 15. Reconciliation matching, recurring journals, and a close checklist that flags exceptions instead of waiting for someone to spot them.
Reporting and forecasting Monthly financial packs, management and board reports, budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and results by location, project or client. Dashboards that refresh daily from your ledger, first-draft variance commentary, report packs assembled without copy and paste.
Tax and compliance US: 1099s, sales tax, Delaware franchise tax, and workpapers for federal and state returns. UAE and Oman: VAT returns and corporate tax computations. A filing calendar with reminders, 1099 vendor tracking straight from the ledger, and tax workpapers pulled from the books.
Payroll and HR operations Payroll runs and reconciliations, reimbursements, contractor payments, payroll journals and benefits reconciliations. Timesheet-to-payroll imports, expense approvals, and payroll journals that post themselves.
Controllership and advice Internal controls, audit readiness, system migrations and clean-ups, and a senior accountant to talk decisions through with. Audit request lists built from the ledger, and scripted control checks that run every month.
Automation projects Already have a finance team? We build bots, Power Automate flows, Python scripts and dashboards on your stack, then hand them over. Whatever takes your team the most hours each month. We measure that before we start.

Built for US and Gulf books.

India is about ten hours ahead of New York and ninety minutes ahead of Dubai and Muscat. US clients hand work over at the end of their day and find it done the next morning. Gulf clients get same-day turnaround.

Questions owners ask us.

Something we haven't covered? Write to hello@tenfoldledger.com and a partner will answer.

Will my fee really go down?

The glide path is written into your engagement letter: the dates, the percentages and the floor. Each quarter we send a short report of what has been automated and what the next step is, so you can see the reduction is earned.

Who owns the automations?

You do. We build inside your systems wherever we can and document every bot, script, rule and dashboard. If you ever move on, they stay with you, along with the notes to run them.

What happens if my business grows fast?

Growth inside the volume band in your proposal doesn't change the schedule. A new entity, state, country or service line is quoted separately before we start on it, so there are no surprise invoices.

How do you keep our data safe?

Every team member has a named login with multi-factor authentication and access only to what their role needs. Everyone signs a confidentiality agreement, client files never sit on personal devices, and access is removed the day someone leaves your engagement.

Do you file US tax returns?

We prepare the returns, workpapers and supporting schedules. Your CPA or enrolled agent reviews and signs them. If you don't have one yet, ask us.

How do we get started?

Book a 30-minute call. If it looks like a fit, we review your books and systems and send a fixed proposal with your glide path within a week. There's no charge for the call or the proposal.

Open a new ledger.

Tell us about your books and we'll reply within one business day with times for a 30-minute call. There's no charge for the call or the proposal that follows.
